The legal basis for acquiring, saving and using your data is Article 6 paragraph 1 lit. a, b, c and f of the German General Data Protection Regulation (Datenschutzgrundverordnung - DSGVO). The processing of personal data serves exclusively to fulfil contractual and statutory obligations as well as our common business interests.

If applicable, further contact data via social media (e.g. Skype, WhatsApp, Threema, LinkedIn, XING)
If applicable, the information necessary for the performance of our contractual obligations
If necessary, personal data such as date and place of birth, personal documents, insofar as necessary for the processing of orders or travel activities within the framework of operational necessities
The acquired personal data will be stored for the duration of the operational requirements until the expiration of the statutory suspension obligation and legal requirement; NEXXERGY will delete your stored personal data thereafter only based upon your personal written request.

3. Disclosure of data to third parties
A transfer of your personal data to third parties will not take place unless this is necessary for the fulfilment of an order – including preparing quotations or business proposals – or otherwise you have given your consent. Exceptions to such transfer shall only apply due to relevant or statutory regulations or to the extent that this is necessary for the execution of contractual relations with you or for the organization of travel activities. This includes in particular the forwarding of services commissioned by us whose work is necessary for the execution of the contract. Such transferred data may only be used by such third parties for the aforementioned purposes. Right of withdrawal:
